| Water supply: Water supply for household and fireproof purposes in design volume is provided through a cutting-in to a water conduit d=1400 from an operating water supply junction on the land plot of the designed object. Service-utility sewage system: The design volume of sewage is possibly discharged into an existing sewer conduit d=200, which goes along Pulkovskoe Highway with dumping to the central treatment facilities. Rainwater disposal: Surface runoff will be directed from the land plot to the local treatment facilities of "Ozon" enterprise, located directly within the borders of the land plot. Cleaned to the normative standard the flow is discharged into an existing hydrosystem of Kyzmiskoe water-storage basin. Heat supply: It is possible to place a local heat supply source on the territory of the land plot, like cogeneration installation or a mini heat and electric power station on gas fuel. Electric power supply: Option 1. Power supply is admitted from a local source – a cogeneration installation or a mini heating and electric power station. Option 2. Power supply is carried out by connecting to electric cables of 2x10 kW through a transforming substation, which can be built directly on the plot or built into the building itself.
